If you choose to hire an immigration representative to assist you with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), or the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA), ensure they are regulated by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).

Unregulated representatives or advisors (often called “ghost consultants”) are not authorized to provide immigration advice or services.

Instead of relying on employment agencies or third-party recruiters, consider working directly with a regulated immigration consultant. We have the authority and licensing to file immigration applications for foreign workers through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
