Agent Responsibilities
As an agent for Segue Immigration and Tours Ltd. representing Overture Immigration Services Inc. and A3D Immigration Inc., your primary responsibilities will include:
Client Record Handling: You will be responsible for forwarding all client records and/or client property to our authorized representatives upon receipt or creation. This includes ensuring the secure and confidential transfer of essential client documentation.
Maintaining Confidentiality: We place the utmost importance on protecting the personal information and records of our clients. As an agent, you are expected to uphold strict confidentiality measures and safeguard client data at all times.
Regulatory Compliance: Agents are required to adhere to The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants By-law, Code of Professional Conduct, and Regulations. This includes maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
